Cookie & telemetry charter

This charter explains what small data files we place on your device, why they exist, and how you can retract optional analytics. Controller: tercerb studio, 54 Sims Drive 01-1005, Singapore 380054, Singapore.

1. Categories we use

Strictly necessary cookies keep sessions, security tokens, and cookie-banner choices functioning. Preference cookies remember typography or reduced-motion selections when you opt in. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand aggregate navigation patterns—never for automated profiling against hiring decisions.

2. Local storage keys

We store consent JSON under the key tercerb.digital_cookies. Some lab preview pages cache form drafts locally so refresh events do not erase long answers; those keys expire after thirty days of inactivity.

3. Third-party processors

Embedded maps or video players may set their own cookies if you choose to load them. We delay loading those embeds until you interact, minimising passive tracking.

4. Legal bases

Necessary cookies rely on legitimate interests in secure delivery. Analytics relies on consent where required. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing storage and reloading the banner.

5. Retention

Server-side access logs used for security investigations rotate within ninety days unless a longer hold is legally required. Consent logs for disputes are kept up to twenty-four months.

6. International transfers

Primary processing occurs in Singapore. If subprocessors host data abroad, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards and list vendors in procurement annexes available on request.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data tied to cookies where feasible. Contact [email protected] with the subject “Cookie rights request”.

8. Updates

We version this charter when regulators clarify guidance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of non-material tweaks; material changes receive a banner prompt.
